Recipes collected from the eat-lf mailing list and entered into the MasterCook recipe management program.
The TEXT-ZIP files are compressed plain text files. The unzipped files are plain text and also can be imported by many recipe management programs, including MasterCook.
The TEXT-1, TEXT-2, etc. files are uncompressed plain text files. These need no processing. Each month's collection is split into several such files to speed download.
